Credential eligibility, evidence, issuance and lifecycle remain governed by the applicable CoreX policy and authoritative source. Location binding does not by itself establish legal title or cadastral ownership.
Where a specific credential has confirmed public-ledger proof, CoreX can expose the applicable receipt and explorer details. The current production anchor is Polygon PoS; this supports independent inspection of the recorded commitment and timestamp, not independent proof of the underlying source claim.
